Acceptable Use Policy / AIGC Use Rules

Prohibited content

Sexual / NSFW: Do not request, create, upload, or distribute explicit sexual content or other NSFW material.

Graphic violence / gore: Do not request, create, upload, or distribute graphic violence, gore, or cruelty.

Hate / harassment: Do not target a person or protected group with hateful, harassing, threatening, or dehumanizing content.

Child-unsafe content: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of children, and other content that places children at risk are strictly prohibited. Suspected CSAM is escalated and removed immediately.

Deepfakes / impersonation: Do not create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate another person, or use a real person’s likeness or identity deceptively.

Copyright / trademark infringement: Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.

Do not evade safety controls, use the service for fraud or unlawful activity, or upload personal information without a lawful basis and the necessary permission.

Enforcement actions

Depending on the circumstances, we may refuse generation, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, and preserve or share information when legally required. We may immediately escalate and remove suspected CSAM and cooperate with appropriate authorities. We do not promise that every violation will be detected before content is created.

Reporting

Report suspected prohibited content or misuse to hello@burningbridgesai.xyz with the relevant page, account, or other context. Do not email illegal content itself. We will review reports and take action when appropriate.

Platform moderation

We may use automated checks and safety systems provided by our connected service providers, together with manual review where appropriate, to identify or investigate potentially harmful requests. These checks can be imperfect, and a request may be blocked or reviewed even when it was not intended to violate these rules. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
