Using the service

You must follow this Terms page and our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sharing it and for complying with laws, platform rules, and the rights of other people.

Do not upload another person’s private image or copyrighted material without permission. Do not use the service to mislead people about whether content is real or who created it.

AIGC content standards

Sexual / NSFW: Do not request, create, upload, or distribute explicit sexual content or other NSFW material.

Graphic violence / gore: Do not request, create, upload, or distribute graphic violence, gore, or cruelty.

Hate / harassment: Do not target a person or protected group with hateful, harassing, threatening, or dehumanizing content.

Child-unsafe content: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of children, and other content that places children at risk are strictly prohibited.

Deepfakes / impersonation: Do not create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate another person, or use a real person’s likeness or identity deceptively.

Copyright / trademark infringement: Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.

Enforcement actions

Depending on the circumstances, we may refuse generation, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, and preserve or share information when legally required. We may immediately escalate and remove suspected CSAM and cooperate with appropriate authorities.

Reporting

Report suspected prohibited content or misuse to hello@burningbridgesai.xyz with the relevant page, account, or other context. Do not email illegal content itself. We will review reports and take action when appropriate.

Platform moderation

We may use automated checks and safety systems provided by our connected service providers, together with manual review where appropriate, to identify or investigate potentially harmful requests. These checks can be imperfect, and we do not promise that every violation will be detected before content is created.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not provide extra warranties, including warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent allowed by law. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use.

To the extent allowed by law, Burning Bridges AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Term and termination

These terms apply while you use the service. You may stop using it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or refuse a request when we reasonably believe you breached these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, created a safety or legal risk, or used the service abusively. We may also pause or discontinue an experimental feature.

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related obligations, will continue to apply.
