Refunds

A generation reserves the displayed credits when it starts. Confirmed failures return those credits.

For a purchase refund request, email hello@burningbridgesai.xyz with the account email and order details.

Refund eligibility depends on payment status, credit use, and applicable law. Approved refunds reverse the matching credits.
